By 2027, the share of laptops with OLED displays will exceed 5%, according to TrendForce

According to the latest TrendForce report on OLED technology and market development, the share of OLED displays in laptops will increase to 3% in 2024 due to large-scale purchases by Chinese laptop manufacturers. While moderate growth is expected in 2025, the introduction of OLED displays in Apple's MacBook lineup will be a major turning point.

Experts predict that this move will lead to the launch of next-generation OLED panel production lines among panel manufacturers, resulting in the share of laptops with OLED displays exceeding 5% by 2027.
